雨のち雨、

今年に関して言えば、なんら驚くことのない毎日の天気。
雨がまた降っている。
ここではいつも雨が降っている。
英国でもあるまいし、とわらってすましたいところだが、この雨がとても最近は我々には問題だ。

昨日、今日は3本、明日も一つとツアーが入っていたのにそれが、今日の一本を除き、
全部キャンセルが来た。
雨のせいなのか、他に理由ができたかは、我々には想像するしかないが、雨は一因には違いない。

夏は始まったと去年の今頃なら、思っていたはずだ。
しかし、こんなに雨に見舞われてはいなかった。
雨は7月にはいくらか降ったが、5，6月と他に分けてあげたいほどの雨がここに集中している。
今現在、夏はここにあらずだ。

雨は湖を少しずつ増水させてゆき、川でその違いが見えてくるには2，3日とみているが、
今や、トリップが困難なほどの水量に達した。
水が減るのを望むのは無意味だ。
来週の天気予報を考え、どう雨量を少なく見積もっても、別の川に移動する水量が続くこ事は間違いないとみている。
さて、来週の火曜はそりゃあ大変なことになる。
15歳の学生がわんさとくるらしい。
しかもられらの後にはもう一本ツアーが入っている。
移動時間が大分増えるし、使う車も増える。
ちょっとした計画がいるし、最小の人数でやるために、勘違いなどで動きを止めるわけにはいかない。
水が減るのを望むのは無意味だ。

今年のスタッフは、ペルーから一名、ノルウェイジャン一人、運転手はリトアニアから、オフィスのボスは２３歳のノルウェイの娘。
ノルウェイジャンのガイド以外は皆始めてきた連中なので、まあ、いつも通りだが、今回は英語がいろいろなところでネックになっている。

簡単な英語の単語を使うので、細かいことが伝わりにくいのだ。
週の予定にしても、仕事の割り振りにしてもだ。
相手が本当に理解しているかを確かめるのがみそだ。
相手を動かすにはどういうのが一番効果があるかをいうところがある。
がみがみ言う気はないし、言葉は今のところ少なめにしている。
言い過ぎると逆効果だ。どこまで相手がわかっているかもいまいちだ。
こういう状況なのでなかなか大変だ。
トリップリーディングにしても、水量の大きい変化にしても、
これは、注意して観察して、わからないことは聞いて、改善や無駄などを色々話しあえれば慣れてくるしできてくるのだ。ただ、今のところ大変疑問が多い。
コミュニケーションが大きい部分に毎回なる。
今回も例にもれずだ。

これは毎回同じ。スタッフが変わるたびにできるだけ早くに解決したいところだ。

今年は完全に終わってないことが大変多い。
減っているブーツの買い増しの提案に、テントの修理を急ぐこと。
修理の必要な道具は増えるばかり。
船を直す為のノリもまだ来てない。
営業用のパンフはどうした？　まだきてないのか？
バーを建て、オフィス内を改造するのは結局いつになる？
俺たちゃ、ポーチ、それから少なくともあといくつかはペンキ塗りするところがあると思うぜ。
とりわけ客が込んでくる前にな。

一つ一つ解決していかないと後でまずいことになる。
今日にでも下書きを作り、オーナーの一人に提出するつもりだ。

Brusel was such a...Boring city.

I met a man from Iran who has been to Japan 12 years.

We talked outside of station because security men locked us out.

It was really nice to have that kind of unusual time there.

Nice season for me as the first season.

Haugabreen glacier,

Glacier walk is much harder than you expect.
We just made our way up almost top of it.
But we had to walk slowly that made walking into treking.
Me and Matt assisted 2 guides today.
I figured guiding on glacier can be harder than river guide.
Taking care of your guest probably you go with more than 10 people.
They all are in rope walking in line.
some time it hard for them to hear you.
and you have no idea who is needing help until you start walking.
Hard work.

I had some time so I showed them around.
And we are now just next to "The Gate"

It was in the early morning me and my girl friend was sitting on a chair, observing students rushing toward their class.

Diony in kayak,

Diony in a kayak.
We have tried to fish once in this river in which we sometime did Family rafting trip.
His wife gave us a ride close to river and we took a walk to fishing point.
I saw some people walking dog but we didn't care.
All of sudden, as we start fishing
I saw a man picking up his mobile from his pocket and talking to someone.
We took it as a bad sign and didn't take 3 second to pack up our equipments and left immidieately.
We started taking a walk toward where we came from
and a car appeared and one man came out of car and addressed us in Norwaigen.
It was just we are not allowed to fish in this river.
We had a season-fishing permission but this one was an exception.
We corped this situation but diony's wife probably was not who had been waiting for us in her car.
Now that it was one of funny memorys
We learned that if you want to fish in a river with salmons,
you need pay excessively a lot for permission.

Here we are, just on the bridge in Tronheim.
This pretty bridge was my favorite place in this city.
Going across the bridge, you will see the town of student.
we stayed sitting on a cheir, observing student in rush toward school.
We decided to take a trip to Tronheim on 20:00 25th,
Taking a quick shower, and jumped in a bus on 20:50 the same day.
Our bus got to Tromheim 06:45 26th.
Hanging around the city, finally took a bus to Jolster 20:00 26th.
Missed our station in deep sleep, bus took us to Forde.
Waiting for 1 and a half hour, taking a bus to Jolster.
We finished our trip 08:00 in this morning.
having a breakfast, went to work.
Now we have came back finishing 12 hours work and writing this one.
Nice trip.

We had a grope sopposed to doing rafting today but they left without doing rafting..
Sad enough seeing all preparation we had done for these guest and leaving office with cancellation compensation.
